Following the success of their Hape partnership, Jägermeister approached us to develop a holistic strategy for their brand's long-term presence in the Web3 space.
We developed a company-wide, 3-year strategy. Starting with an insights-based rationale for exploring Web3 as a new consumer engagement territory, we produced a comprehensive competitive analysis, industry case studies, and best practices.
This was followed by an overarching narrative storyline, detailed audience segments and engagement plans, and a 3-year roadmap in 3 phases: First Steps; Test, Learn & Adapt; and Own IP Expansion.
